Royal Mail - Access Denied

If you get the following error message (Error Code:E6001 Description:Access Denied) when trying to create a Royal Mail shipment. Please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Connect then Courier Integrations next click the Premium tab.

  2. Finally, click Royal Mail via Intersoft.

  3. Check you have an account added.

    • If you don't have an account listed, please review the Royal Mail integration article.

    • If you do have an account listed, the error message could be caused because your account has been put on stop. In this case, you would need to contact Royal Mail for further information.
