Overview

If you are printing out a courier label and part of the label is cut off/ missing when being printed, it could be down to the format of the label set on the connection.

Some couriers such as DPD allow you to change the format of the label if it's not printing out correctly. One format may work for one courier, but that format may not work for another.

Note: Each courier is different, to confirm if the format can be changed, please check the courier's connection page on Mintsoft.

Example Label Type

Couriers supported

Couriers supporting different label types include:

  • UPS

  • DPD

  • APC

  • GFS

  • Whistl

To confirm if the courier supports different label types, please do the following:

  1. Click Connect then Courier Integrations.

  2. Click the courier you are having printing issues with.

  3. Click Edit then change the Label Type (Also named Label Format).

  4. Click Update and retry generating a shipment.

    • If it's still an issue, try the remaining format(s) just to rule out all of them.

  5. If part of the label is still missing/ being cut off when printing, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
