The error (Error Code:1007 Obj:consignment.parcel.parcelProduct.productFabricContent Error Type:Validation Error Message:Missing mandatory field) from DPD typically occurs when the commodity code selected for the product is either invalid or missing, or when the material field is blank. To resolve this issue please review the steps below:
Go to Products then Overview.
Search for the product.
Click Actions then Edit.
Check the Commodity Code field is populated and correct.
To verify commodity codes, visit the GOV.UK website.
Import and export commodity codes can differ - ensure you're using the export code for shipments.
Click the Extra Details tab.
Check the Material field isn't blank.
Click Save.
Retry the order shipment.
Note: DPD requires both commodity code and material information for international shipments.
