To avoid being marked down for late despatch performance if some or all items take longer than one business day to despatch then you can add handling time within Mintsoft. You can do this individually by editing each product and click the pricing and size tab then increase the handling time to the desired number of days.
The Amazon Handling Time can be populated via CSV following the steps below:
Click Products then Overview.
(3PL Only) Filter by the Client whose products require updating.
Click Bulk Export Products.
A CSV file will be downloaded.
Populate the following fields -
SKU: Please ensure the SKU is entered and stays the same, changing this will cause new products to be created instead.
Handling Time.
Save the CSV file.
To upload your changes, click Products, then Extras next click Upload Products.
(3PL Only) Select the Client.
Click Choose File then browse to the file you just saved.
Click Upload.
