The following information only applies to our OrderSpace integration with Mintsoft.
Prerequisites
Obtaining credentials
To obtain credentials, please contact OrderSpace.
FTP Directory setup
Once order space has provided you with credentials you can download an FTP client like Filezilla (or equivalent) and add the following directories:
despatchupdates.
stockupdates.
processed.
failed.
Setting up - FTP Import
Now you need to add an FTP Import account on Mintsoft:
Click Connect then Order Integrations.
Next, click FTP Import then Create Account.
(3PL Only) Select the Client.
Configure the connection to your requirements.
Select OrderSpace as the UploadSpreadsheetType.
Add the Host, Path and Result Path provided by Order Space.
Add your Username and Password provided by Order Space.
Make Active once you are ready.
Finally, click Add.
Setting up - FTP Export
Once you have added an Import account, you will then need to add an Export account for each update (Stock and Despatch) you want to receive:
Click Connect then Order Integrations.
Next, click FTP Export then Create Account.
(3PL Only) Select the Client.
Select the ExportType.
Select CustomDataModel if you want to use a Custom Report.
Select one of the Order Space accepted updates from ExportSpreadsheetType.
Order Space SKU & Stock.
Order Space Despatch Report.
Add the Host provided by Order Space.
Keep RunOnceADay as OFF.
Set the Frequency to 15.
Make sure the Path matches the ExportSpreadsheetType.
/stockupdates/ = Order Space SKU & Stock.
/despatchupdates/ = Order Space Despatch Report.
Add your Username and Password provided by Order Space.
Make Active once you are ready.
Finally, click Add.
(Optional) Repeat Steps 2-10 for each additional update you want to receive.
Creating an FTP Import template
To create an Import Template, please do the following:
Click Orders then Upload New Order.
Click Custom Spreadsheets.
Next, click Create New Spreadsheet type.
(3PL Only) Choose the Client or leave as ALL.
Enter OrderSpace as the Name.
Turn MultiLineOrder to ON.
Turn HasHeaderRecord to ON.
In Format add the following -

Finally, click Add.
Creating an Order Space Report
To create the Order Space reports (Despatch report and Stock Report), please do the following:
Click Connect then Order Integrations.
Next, click CustomModel then New Custom Data Model.
Select the Export Type as one of the following -
Product: For the SKU and Stock report.
Orders: For the Despatch report.
Then click Create.
In the Name field enter one of the following -
Order Space Space SKU & Stock: If you selected Product as the Export Type.
Order Space Despatch Report: If you selected Order as the Export Type.
Keep Client as ALL.
Then add the following fields depending on the type of report -
Report: SKU and Stock.
SKU.
On Hand Stock.
Report: Despatch.
Order Number.
Courier Service.
Tracking Number.
Despatch Date.
Product SKU.
Product QTY.
Finally, click Save.
Setting up Courier Service Mapping
If you want to setup a mapping to link the service sent from Order Space to a service in Mintsoft please select 'Spreadsheet' as the source.
Order Space integration is built using FTP integration that uses spreadsheet to send orders to Mintsoft.
