The Not On The High Street (NOTHS) integration allows you to manage NOTHS orders within Mintsoft, including automatic order acceptance, dispatch updates, and paperwork management.
Integration features
The NOTHS integration provides:
Order sync - Automatically imports orders from NOTHS.
Auto-accept orders - Accepts orders when stock is available.
Dispatch updates - Sends order status and tracking information to NOTHS.
Expected dispatch dates - Modify dispatch timelines.
Import paperwork - Downloads NOTHS dispatch notes.
Costings report - Downloads financial reports.
Before you start
Set up product options
If you sell product variants on NOTHS, you must assign SKUs to each option using the Option SKU Manager. Without this setup, orders won't import correctly.
To check if you have the SKU Manager:
Edit a product in your NOTHS panel.
Click the SKU management tab.
Note: Contact your NOTHS account manager to add the Option SKU Manager if it's not available. Alternatively, import products using the main listing SKU, though this won't support variant inventory management.
Generate API credentials
In NOTHS, click Settings.
Click API tokens then click Generate Token.
Save this token - you'll need it to complete the integration.
Connect NOTHS to Mintsoft
In Mintsoft, go to Connect then click Order Integrations.
Click NOTHS then click Create New.
(3PL Only) Select the Client.
Select the Warehouse and Channel.
Enter a Name for this connection.
Paste your API token into the APIKey field.
Set an Order Prefix to distinguish multiple NOTHS connections.
Set the Frequency for importing orders.
Set to Active when ready to start importing.
Configure connection settings
Set these options according to your requirements:
AutoAcceptInStockOrders - Only imports orders when stock is available in Mintsoft.
Import Orders with unresolved Enquiries - By default, orders with unresolved queries won't import.
Despatch Orders with unresolved Enquiries - By default, orders with unresolved queries won't be marked as dispatched.
Enable - Each option on a product relates to SKU - Not required if using Option SKU Manager.
OptionValueSkuMapMainProduct - Maps options without SKUs to the main product SKU.
Mark Awaiting Confirmation if Order has Enquiry - Sets order status when NOTHS queries exist.
DownloadDespatchNote - Imports NOTHS dispatch notes with orders.
Import NOTHS dispatch notes
When DownloadDespatchNote is enabled, NOTHS dispatch notes import as order documents with scannable barcodes. To use NOTHS dispatch notes instead of Mintsoft's default:
Go to Settings then click Customer Account Settings.
Click the Printing tab.
Enable Skip System Despatch Note If Alternate Provided.
Add ALTERNATIVEDESPATCHNOTE to the Order Documents To Print With Despatch Note field.
Click Save.
Map shipping methods
Create mappings for each NOTHS shipping method you use:
Go to Shipping then click Courier Service Mapping.
Click Create New.
Set Source as NOTHS.
(3PL Only) Select the Client.
Select a Courier Service or leave blank to use weight-based rules.
Enter the NOTHS shipping value in the Name field:
FREE - Free delivery.
STANDARD - Standard delivery.
EXPRESS_24 - Next day delivery.
EXPRESS_12 - Midday delivery.
EXPRESS_48 - Tracked two-day delivery.
SATURDAY - Saturday delivery.
Click Add.
Configure dispatch dates
Set cut-off time for same-day dispatch
Go to Settings then click Customer Account Settings.
Click the Shipping tab.
Enter the cut-off time in Time Orders must be Received by for same day despatch.
Click Save.
Set dispatch lead times by service
Go to Connect then click Order Integrations.
Click NOTHS.
Click DespatchDeliveryDates for your connection.
In the Service field, enter a NOTHS shipping value.
Set Number of Days to add onto the Despatch Date (use 0 for same-day).
Set Number of Days Delivery will take.
Click Create.
The system automatically accounts for holidays and weekends.
Manage product mappings
When Mintsoft can't match a NOTHS product to your inventory, it creates a mapping error. The ConnectImportSummary widget shows these as UnableToMapNOTHSLineToProduct.
Resolve mapping errors
Go to Connect then click Order Integrations.
Click NOTHS then click Mappings for your connection.
Failed mappings show: "The option is not active as it needs to be associated with a product".
Click Edit on the failed mapping.
Complete these fields:
NOTHSProductCode
NOTHSSKU
NOTHSProductName
Switch Active to ON.
Click Save.
To adjust product or quantity, click Edit again and click Add.
Ignore non-product options
For personalisations or other non-product options:
Go to Connect then click Order Integrations.
Click NOTHS.
Click IgnoreProductOption for your connection.
Enter the option value in OptionName.
Enable Import Option Value into the Gift Message Field if applicable.
Click Create.
Map option values to Mintsoft fields
Go to Connect then click Order Integrations.
Click NOTHS.
Click ProductOptionMapping for your connection.
Enter the NOTHS value in the Name field.
Select the destination Mapped Field in Mintsoft.
Click Create.
Handle backorders
By default, orders for out-of-stock products won't import. To manage this, set up a Stock Feed Rule to communicate stock levels with NOTHS. See the Stock Feed Rule article for configuration details.
