If you are experiencing issues with importing orders, products/ stock syncing on Mintsoft, the Import Errors page can help you identify and resolve any problems. This page, also known as the Connect Errors page, displays all import errors and provides an explanation for why they were not imported. Common causes and fixes can be found in our troubleshooting guide.

Accessing the Import Errors Page

To access the Import Errors page, please follow these steps:

  1. Click Connect then Import Errors.

  2. All orders with import errors will be displayed.

Resolving Import Errors

Additionally, in situations where orders have been deleted, recovery steps differ based on how the orders were added. For orders imported via e-commerce integration, the system will attempt to re-import them in the next sync if they were deleted before dispatch. For manually added orders, it is important to note that Mintsoft does not retain records of such deletions, making recovery impossible.

Once you have identified the orders with import errors, you can take the necessary steps to resolve them. This may include correcting any incorrect information or contacting the customer for more information.

For instance, while resolving errors for dispatched orders without tracking information, check if the order status was set to backorder before cancellation as this might cause confusion in processing. Additionally, verify if the shipment was generated in Mintsoft, and cross-check the courier portal for any records when updates are not reflected.

Once the issue has been resolved, please allow the order to import/ product to synchronise.
