The Reactive Replenishment feature on the Access Mintsoft app allows you to carry out either a single or bulk replenishment. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock being in a Replen Only location type, it will be moved to Awaiting Replen, and a Reactive Replen Task will be generated.

Single Replenishment
To carry out a single replenishment on the Access Mintsoft app, please follow the steps below:
Within the Access Mintsoft app, select Reactive Replen.
Select Single Replenishment.
Scan or select the Product to replenish.
Scan or select the Location to replenish from.
Scan the Product barcode.
Set the Quantity you want to replenish.
Outstanding: How many units are left to replenish for the order to be fulfilled.
Quantity Required: How much stock is required to replenish for the order to be fulfilled.
Select Replenish Item.
Finally, scan the Destination Location to complete the replenishment.
Bulk Replenishment
To carry out a bulk replenishment on the Access Mintsoft app, please follow the steps below:
Note: A Trolley location/ location type must be set up and used for bulk replenishment.
Within the Access Mintsoft app, select Reactive Replen.
Select Bulk Replenishment.
Scan or select the Product to replenish.
Scan or enter an empty Trolley Barcode.
Scan or select the Location to replenish from.
Set the Quantity you want to replenish.
Outstanding: How many units are left to replenish for the order to be fulfilled.
Trolley: This will show how much stock is currently held in the trolley.
Quantity Required: How much stock is required to replenish for the order to be fulfilled.
Select Add to Trolley.
A Trolley location/ location type must be set up and used for bulk replenishment.
Once the stock has been added to the trolley, you will have a couple of different options -
To replenish another product, please scan the required Product Barcode and repeat Steps 3-7.
Selecting View Trolley will show you what products have been replenished.
Selecting Begin Replenishment will progress the replenishment and allow you to scan the destination location.
If Begin Replenishment is selected, please continue below.
Select a product from the trolley to finalise its replenishment.
Scan the Destination Location.
Set the Quantity to Transfer then select Replenish.
Repeat Steps 9-11 for all products in the trolley, then the replenishment will be complete.
