The error (An exception has been raised as a result of client data. InnerMessage: Hard120425 Missing or Invalid Vendor Collection ID Number) from UPS typically occurs when the IOSS number selected for the shipment is either invalid or missing from the order. To resolve this issue please review the steps below:
Note: The Vendor Collection ID refers to the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) number.
Go to Orders then Overview.
Find the relevant order.
Click Actions then Details.
Go to History then Extra Info.
Review the IOSS number assigned to the order.
