Royal Mail shipment cancellation error
The error (Error Code: E1233 Description: Shipment cannot be cancelled due to its current status) from Royal Mail typically occurs when the shipment selected for cancellation has already been manifested through Intersoft.
Once you've manifested an Intersoft shipment, you can't cancel it in Mintsoft.
To check the shipment status please review the steps below:
Within Royal Mail, go to Shipments then Overview.
Search for the relevant shipment.
Check the Status column to confirm if it shows as manifested.
Note: After manifestation, shipments are committed to Royal Mail and can't be cancelled through the system.
By following these steps, you should be able to verify why the cancellation isn't possible.
