Open System Settings on your Mac computer by clicking on the Apple icon in the top left corner of the screen and selecting "System Settings".

On the left side of the System Preferences window, you will see a column of icons. Click on "Privacy & Security".

On the right side of the window, scroll down and tap on "Accessibility".

Ensure that the application Mobius Conveyor QR is enabled with the toggle turned on. If it is not, enable it now. You will likely be prompted to enter your computer password to complete this task. If it is enabled, disable and re-enable the application.

Once you have enabled the necessary permissions for Mobius Conveyor QR, you can close the System Preferences window.
