  • The home screen contains dashboard widgets that display real time sales data.

  • The position of the widgets can be changed by clicking on the widget header bar eg FIXED TOTALS and dragging to a new position on the screen.

Head Office - Site selector

  • TouchOffice Web can be configured for a single site or a multi site operator. In both instances the dashboard will default to show Head Office data.

  • Click on the 0 - Head Office drop down to select a specific site and the dashboard data for that site.

  • Selecting a site in single site scenario will give you access to additional filters - Terminal and Till Location.

Dashboard filters

  • The dashboard data defaults to the current day.

  • You can select some predefined date ranges by clicking the buttons to the right of the Today button.

  • You can select a specific date & time range:

    • Start Time & End Time

    • Remember to click the green Submit button

  • You can also filter by a specific clerk
