The system enables you to preconfigure custom opening hours (custom times) for future events eg XMAS and New Year.
The custom times can be set to repeat yearly or they can be one off changes to opening times.
When you preconfigure the custom times, they are displayed to customers in the ByRetail opening hours as and when they are within 7 days of the current date.
How to configure custom opening hours:
Custom opening hours are configured via https://www.tillconfig.net/takeaway/apps/custom_times
Login with the same user name and password that you use for your TouchOffice Web.
Tillconfig.net > TAKEAWAY > Custom Times
Click on the Site drop down box and select the site that you wish to edit the opening hours for.
Click the Add Row button to start entering a new custom date/time. Please note that each day has to be added individually.
Enter the Date and click the Repeats Yearly tick box if appropriate.
Enter a Custom Name for the custom time, if you want to, this will appear on your ByRetail opening hours list
From the Times drop down, select either Closed or Custom times.
If you select Custom times then you can enter the new custom opening hours for that day.
If you want the custom time to affect all order Types then make sure you tick Opening and Delivery.
Remember to click the Save button before adding another custom time.
