The PocketTouch product menu is maintained separately from the EPoS menu (Keyboard Allocation). This is done via the TouchOffice Web back office:
Programming - External Product Groups:
When the EPoS system is first setup, the External Product Groups will be created based on your EPoS keyboard. Once the External Product Groups have been created, they can be edited as required.
Editing the PocketTouch Menu:
If you do not want a particular external product group to appear on the PocketTouch menu, click the Remove button to delete it.
You can change the text that appears on the external product group button by editing the Name field.
You can change the button colour by clicking on the Background Colour drop down.
You can also change the button text colout by clickin on the Text Colout drop down.
Remember to click the Save button to confirm your changes.
Editing products in external product groups
Click on one of the red number buttons.
The screen will now show all the products or list PLU's that are contained within the external product group.
If you do not want a particular product or list PLU to appear on the PocketTouch menu, click the Remove button to delete it.
You can change the text that appears on the product button by editing the Orerride Text field.
You can change the button colour by clicking on the Background Colour drop down.
You can also change the button text colour by clickin on the Text Colour drop down.
You can add new products or list PLU's by clicking on the Choose A Type dropdown:
Select either PLU or List PLU
Click in the Product box with the PLU symbol and type the name of the product or list PLU you want to add
Select the appropriate PLU or list PLU that appears
For List PLU's there is a tick box 'Windows stay until ESC?' - if ticked this allows multiple selections from the List PLU. If unticked, only one product from the List PLU can be selected.
