Server Busy, Please Wait Error Message

If there is a problem with an IP printer print job when ByRetail is trying to process an online order it can sometimes prevent online orders from being processed.

In this scenario you will see the error message "Server Busy, Please Wait" in the https://www.tillconfig.net/takeaway/apps/viewsales screen and the POS terminal event log.

How to fix "Server Busy, Please Wait" error:

  1. Reboot the POS check master (normally POS 1).

  2. The online orders not processed should now print.

  3. If that does not work then reset each of the IP printers.

    1. Power the printer off.

    2. Hold down the feed button whilst powering back on.
