Clear Locked Table / Check or Clerk Busy - error message

An explanation of the ICRTouch TouchPoint error message and how to resolve it.

Follow the steps below to resolve

1. Sign in with a staff that has Manager permissions

2. Press MANAGER FUNCTIONS button on home screen

3. Press INLINE FUNCTIONS

4. From the menu that appears press number 2 Check Busy Reset, and it will prompt for the table number. (enter the table number that is locked and press enter)

5. Press INLINE FUNCTIONS again and press 3 Table busy reset, and it will prompt for the table number. (enter the table number that is locked and press enter)

6. IF you have Clerk Busy error, press INLINE FUNCTIONS again and press 4 Clerk Busy reset, and it will prompt for the clerk name. (enter the clerk that is busy and press enter)

7. Press Home and try to access the locked table / staff. This should allow access, If it doesn’t, please contact support team.

Why did the error happen?

It is normally caused when there has been a power interruption or network issue.
