Reg Mode Only - error message

The Reg Mode Only error message occurs when a user (clerk) is trying to perform an operation that can only be done when the POS terminal is in Sales Mode (Registration Mode).

Resolution:

If you get the error message "Reg Mode Only":

  • Press the Home button to return to the Main Menu.

  • Press the Sale Mode button to return to the sales screen.
