Multiple Refunds Inhibited - error message

In Refund Mode, the POS system will only allow one transaction refund before the clerk has to return to sales mode. This is to prevent multiple refunds being done by accident.

If you are in Refund Mode and you attempt to do a 2nd refund, the POS will display the error "Multiple Refunds Inhibited".

Resolution:

  • Press the Home button to return to the main menu.

  • Select Sales Mode to go back to the sales screen.

  • The word Refund (at the top of the screen) will now change the Reg.
