To reset an individual customer account balance to zero, follow the steps below:
On the POS terminal select End of Day Reports (Z Mode).
Sign on with your clerk code.
Select the Period 1 Reports button.
Select 20. Customer Reports from the report list
Select 8. Customer Balance from the Customer Reports List.
Select 5. A Single Customer when prompted Which Customer?
Select the Customer (entering the customer number is the easiest way to find them) you wish to reset the balance for and press the Return button.
A pop up window will appear, showing the balance has been reset.
Press the ESC button to exit the process.
