When you receive your coupon code, please:
Go to My Wallet, click on Add promo code,
Type or paste your coupon code into the box.
Click the “Submit” button. You should see the coupons active.
After that, rent the bike using the normal process.
Please check the amount of free rides and minutes your coupon has, and its validity. Each coupon has its own availability.
