How do I earn rewards?
Join a level in the app.
Take qualifying rides (at least 5 minutes long).
Complete the required number of rides within the time limit.
Once you complete a level, your reward is applied automatically to your account.

Take 2 rides in 7 days
→ Get 40% off your next ride
On The Move
Take 5 rides in 14 days
→ Get 30% off your next 3 rides
Regular Rider
Take 9 rides in 30 days
→ Get 25% off your next 5 rides
City Rider
Take 15 rides in 30 days
→ Get 20% off your next 5 rides
When does the timer start?
Your level timer starts when you tap Join this challenge.
Only rides taken after joining will count towards that level.
How are rewards applied?
When you complete a level:
Your discount is applied automatically.
The reward is valid for the same number of days as that level’s duration.
For example, if you complete a 30-day level, you’ll have 30 days to use your reward.No promo code is needed.
How do rewards work with subscriptions?
Rewards apply automatically to any ride costs paid from your wallet.
If your ride is fully covered by subscription minutes, no additional discount will be applied.
If part of your ride is paid from your wallet (for example, if you exceed your included minutes), your loyalty reward will apply to that portion.
Examples
Example 1 – Pay As You Go rider
You complete “Getting Started” and unlock 40% off your next ride.
Your next ride costs €5.
You pay €3 (40% discount applied automatically).
Example 2 – Weekly subscription, ride fully covered
You have 120 subscription minutes remaining.
You take a 15-minute ride.
The ride is fully covered by your subscription minutes.
No loyalty discount is applied, and 15 minutes are deducted from your subscription balance.
Example 3 – Weekly subscription, minutes exceeded
You have 5 subscription minutes remaining.
You take a 15-minute ride.
5 minutes are deducted from your subscription.
The remaining 10 minutes are charged to your wallet.
Your loyalty discount applies to the portion paid from your wallet only.
Important to remember
Rides must be at least 5 minutes long to count.
You can only join one level at a time.
To move to the next level, you must complete your current level and use (or let expire) your reward.
Rewards have an expiry date.
