If you’ve received a promo code, follow these steps:
Open the app and go to My Wallet
Tap Add promo code
Enter or paste your code
Tap Submit
Once added, the promo will appear as active in your wallet. Any free rides, minutes, or credit will be applied automatically when you start a ride.

You can earn free rides by inviting friends to MOBY.
How it works
Share your personal referral code with a friend
Your friend gets their first ride free (up to 12 minutes)
Once your friend signs up and completes their first ride, you receive a free ride too
Where to find your referral code
Open the app
Go to Get free rides (bottom of main menu)
Copy or share your referral code directly via WhatsApp, email, or social apps
Your referral reward will appear automatically in your wallet once your friend has taken their first ride.
Important to know
Referral rewards are only granted after the invited friend completes their first ride
Free rides are subject to the time limit shown in the app
A valid payment card must be added to your wallet to use referral rewards or promo codes
Depending on your friends location they may be required to adhere to the minimum wallet balance to ride rule before you can start ride with a promo code or referral bonus (e.g. they in Dublin they will have to add €5 to their wallet) to ride.
