If you’ve received a promo code, follow these steps:
Open the app and go to My Wallet
Tap Add promo code
Enter or paste your code
Tap Submit
Once added, the promo will appear as active in your wallet. Any free rides, minutes, or credit will be applied automatically when you start a ride.

Your friend receives €15 in ride credit when they sign up
Once your friend completes their first ride, you’ll receive €15 in ride credit too
You can use your ride credit on any future rides
Where to find your referral code
Open the app
Go to Invite & Earn €15 (bottom of the main menu)
Copy or share your code via WhatsApp, email, or social apps
When do I get my reward?
Your €15 referral reward is added to your wallet once your friend completes their first ride
Important to know
Referral rewards are only granted after the invited friend completes their first ride
Referral credit is added to your wallet and automatically used toward ride costs
A valid payment card must be added to your account to use referral rewards
Depending on your location, a minimum wallet balance may be required to start a ride (e.g. €5 in Dublin)
Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
