Contact with travellers is one of the most important features of MOGU: you can send them (both from the web platform and from the app) different types of notifications to keep them informed. These are the different types of notifications:

  • General. Very useful for sending practical information of all kinds to travellers: "Tomorrow there is a rain forecast, don't forget your umbrellas!

  • Location. Sends an exact location on the map so that your travellers never have any doubts about where the meeting point is. In addition, the app will show them how to get to the meeting point from their current location: "Meet me here!

  • Rating. Receive real-time feedback during the trip on different topics (accommodation, itinerary, food or guide) that the traveller can answer from the app in a simple way: "How was the restaurant today? Did you sleep well at the Central Hotel? What did you think of the excursion to the national park?

  • Alert. It reports last-minute changes so that no one misses anything: "Attention! Tomorrow's flight has been delayed by two hours".

  • Payment. One of MOGU's star features turns the app into a virtual POS so that customers can make payments with their credit card from their mobile phone, and the agency can see and record them in real time: "Excursion to Park Güell. 15 €".

  • Video. Send information through a video to your travellers, they will love to receive visual information: "Here is a preview of tomorrow's excursion to Teide. As you can see, it is necessary to bring suitable footwear because the ground is rocky, but visibility is good".

Each notification can be sent to all travellers on an itinerary or just a few, either by selecting them manually or by filtering them through the tags already added to your contact. For example, if 10 of the travellers on a trip to Paris have purchased a Seine River tour through the payment notification, you can send a location notification to just those 10 people telling them where to find you for the tour, and then a review notification to let them tell you what they thought of the experience.

It is also possible to schedule notifications to be sent exactly when you decide.

Be sure to explore all the possibilities offered by our live notifications!
