Synchronising form responses with a spreadsheet

We know how tedious and tedious it is to download the answers recorded in each of the forms within your travel proposals.

Therefore, in order to continue collecting your travellers' information (personal details, passport details, information about allergies or interests...) but in a more efficient way, we have decided to offer the option of synchronising your forms with Google Sheet.

This way you will be able to access all the answers but also with some advantages:

  • Speed. Forget about exporting one by one the answers of each of your forms. You will save time by having all the information automatically in a single spreadsheet.

  • Usability. Possibility of applying filters and all the functionalities of an Excel spreadsheet (obtain percentages, averages, counts, etc.).

To start benefiting from these advantages, you just need to have a Google account. If you don't have one yet, you can create a FREE email account here.

STEP 1

Connect your Google Account from Settings > Connected Accounts

STEP 2

Go to one of your trips and in the "Form responses" tab, enable the "Synchronise form" option.

From that moment on, every answer received in the form of that trip will go to a spreadsheet in our Google Drive account.

As soon as the trip receives the first booking, the "Click here to open the Google form" option will also be enabled for direct access:

STEP 3

Enter Google Drive and check inside the generated spreadsheet all the answers that will start to be entered automatically.

The first time a folder will be created called: "MOGU Automatic Forms" and inside it the spreadsheet will be created with the title of the trip in question.
