Enabling the "Lead form" option can be very useful when it comes to identifying potential customers. This allows agencies both to respond to possible questions that may arise from a travel proposal and to know the interests of users in order to offer them the services and products that best suit their needs.

It will also open up the possibility to build a database of user information such as location, age, travel budget, travel interests, etc. for future marketing campaigns and promotions.

In order to add this option to your proposals, you will have to tick it when editing a trip, in the "Settings" section:

When sharing your proposals, users will see the "I'm interested" button:

There they can fill in their contact information and the message/question they want to ask you:

To keep track of all the messages received, you will have to click on "contacts" and "Leads", there you will see a list of all the records:

Within this view it is also possible to create a trip from a lead, simply click on the three dots on the right and "generate file". In this way the trip will be created with that user as a traveller within it:
