The App can be used for two purposes:

1. Only for the bride and groom

The bride and groom have a direct channel with their agency, you, with whom they can communicate to contract any extra service. This opens up the possibility of being able to offer more competitive entry prices, removing optional activities for example, and knowing that these can be charged later via the App. Here are the most important advantages:

  • Better conversion: the sale is closed earlier due to a better presentation above all and also with a lower price.

  • Increased revenue: once customers have registered and have the trip in the mobile application, the average ticket increases by selling for example diving excursions through the App.

  • Better management and time savings: once the bride and groom pay, they are much more autonomous with the App / traveller portal. The agent has time to focus on converting new customers and not waste so much time with existing ones.

  • Loyalty: a happy bride and groom with a digital tool that simplifies their life, brings their single friends.

2. For the bride + groom + guests

In this case the App is offered to the bride and groom as an added value, it is their interaction tool with their guests. From it they will be able to send communications and share photos of their honeymoon. In the end, it can be used to replace Whatsapp lists, drive links, etc. And, above all, to manage your wedding list. In this sense, you can put in the explorer tab the URL of the gift list, for example from Corte Inglés (for those who already have it) or define with the bride and groom the gift packages that will be offered to the guests. Apart from the advantages already mentioned above, you gain here:

  • Liquidity: you are the ones who intermediate the payment of all the wedding gifts.

  • Retention and sale: normally all the management of the guests' payments takes place before the wedding trip. If there is only one guest who already pays for the 250€ hot air balloon trip via the App, you already tie the bride and groom to the agency, so they will have to book the trip 100%.
