Commission for USD accounts

ℹ️ From 5 June 2023 a change in pricing policy is applied so that any payment made with MOGU will include a fee, which will only vary depending on the payment schedule and whether or not it involves a currency conversion.

Fees will NOT be applied to installments of a payment schedule that is already in operation, i.e. payments that are still pending collection.

The commission is calculated according to the payment provider and the type of plan contracted. The agency may have several providers active for the same currency and MOGU will process the payment through the cheapest one. For example, normally an account in USD will be charged in USD but if you need to charge in MXN, if you have Open Pay activated, MOGU will prioritise the provider as the commission is cheaper.

Recommendation: Create the account in the currency in which you will make most of your payments to optimize your currency exchange costs.

Stripe: for payments in USD and any other currency

Stripe is one of the safest and best providers for online payment transactions. It allows you to process payments in any of the 130 currencies it accepts, so you can charge your international customers more quickly and conveniently.

Please note that if the payment is made in a currency other than the one in which you have set up your account (in this case, MXN), an extra 1% exchange rate fee will be added.

*Normally card payments give the customer the option to reclaim the amount if they wish. Payment by SEPA transfer (EUR) or SPEI (MXN) does NOT offer this option to the customer and therefore all payments are ALWAYS guaranteed.
