The Notification Center is a centralized space in Moovs where operators can customize how, when, and to whom notifications are sent. In this release, you can edit the content of SMS notifications that are sent to passengers, drivers, and booking contacts.
This includes editing automated messages, such as end-of-trip notifications, and creating pre-saved templates for manual client texting.
What can I do in this version?
Customize the text content of your outgoing SMS notifications. To edit end-of-trip SMS messages, navigate to Settings > Notification, select the SMS template, and click Edit Template to modify the content.
Apply your company voice and tone to align messaging with your brand.
Follow step-by-step instructions to locate templates in the Notifications Center and edit them for SMS and email notifications.- Use the Message Templates tab in the Notification Center to create or edit templates for manual client texting. Navigate to Settings > Notification Center, open the Message Templates tab, and save your changes.
What can I NOT do yet?
Adjust timing, frequency, or recipients of notifications.
Create custom notification workflows.
Access to some features, such as editing automated SMS templates, may depend on your user role or account permissions.
Additional options for enhanced customization will continue to roll out in future updates to the Notification Center.
🛠️ Important notes:
All your existing notification settings still function from their original location.
The only thing managed in the Notification Center is the content of your SMS messages.
Over time, all existing notification settings will be migrated into this centralized Notification Center.
To use advanced customization features such as email template editing, ensure your account is on a paid subscription plan.
The Notification Center is a permissions-controlled feature. Contact your account owner if you do not see this option in your settings.
