Use the Dispatch Grid to find trips assigned to a driver. From a reservation, you can also copy a Driver Link for one assigned trip.
Find trips assigned to a driver
Open Dispatch and select the pickup date or date range you want to review.
In the grid search controls, select Driver as the search column.
Select the driver. The grid shows the matching assigned trips.
You can also use the Driver option in the Dispatch filter drawer when advanced filtering is available on your plan.
Copy a Driver Link for one trip
Open the reservation and select the trip.
Select Links. On mobile, open More and select View Links.
Select Driver to copy the trip-specific link.
Send the copied link to the assigned driver.
The Driver Link is disabled until a driver is assigned. It is also unavailable for a farmed-out trip.
Drivers use the linked Driver App experience to view the trip and record progress at each stop.
