How It Works
Open the Dispatch page and click the chart icon in the top-right corner to open the Vehicle Availability view.
View all vehicles in a list on the left side of the screen.
See booked trips as color-coded blocks on a 24-hour timeline.
Hover over any booking block to view the confirmation number, pick-up and drop-off times, and route details.
Click any block to open the full trip details panel.
Reassign trips by dragging and dropping blocks between different vehicles.
Review your edits in the pending changes bar and save them all at once.
Change the date using the date picker to view schedules for different days.
Plan Details
This feature is exclusive to Pro and VIP plans.
It does not support farm-out routes.
You can reassign up to 50 vehicles at once.
