When this setting is on, Moovs reminds a driver when an assigned trip is still waiting for the driver to accept or deny it.
Enable the reminder
Go to Settings > General > Communication.
In the Drivers section, turn on Remind driver to accept or deny pending jobs.
When it is sent
Moovs checks pending assignments every two hours.
Reminders are sent between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM in the trip's local time.
They continue until the driver accepts, denies, or is unassigned, or until the trip is cancelled or begins.
The current reminder is delivered as a Driver App push notification when the driver has an active app push token.
