Every Shuttle route is connected to a company. The company organizes the passenger experience, while route-level branding controls what riders see when they open its link.

Create the company

  1. In the Operator portal, go to Contacts > Companies.

  2. Select Add New Company.

  3. Enter the required Company Name.

  4. Add any available logo, phone number, email, address, website, and description.

  5. Save the company.

A company can be a business, university, school, property, event, or another organization served by the route. Create separate companies when passengers need distinct links or branding.

Customize route branding

  1. Open Shuttle Routes and select the route.

  2. Open the Branding tab.

  3. Upload a company logo. Moovs accepts PNG, JPG, or SVG files up to 2 MB; 200 × 40 pixels is recommended.

  4. Choose a Primary Color for headers and primary buttons.

  5. Choose an Accent Color for links, secondary buttons, and outlines.

  6. Save your changes. Use Reset to Defaults if you want to restore the original colors.

Copy the correct link

  1. Go to Shuttle Routes.

  2. Select Copy passenger app link or Copy booking link.

  3. Choose the company and experience you want to share.

  4. Send the copied link directly or use it to create your own QR code.

Passenger app links

  • Fixed Schedule: Opens the company's Stop Time Select experience.

  • Stop-to-Stop: Opens the company's bookings page.

  • Continuous Loop: Opens the passenger route experience.

Booking links

  • Shared Shuttle: Opens a new Shared Shuttle booking.

  • Stop-to-Stop: Opens a new Stop-to-Stop booking.

  • Continuous Loop: Opens the public route map, which can also be displayed on a shared screen.

The available link choices depend on the Shuttle routes configured for that company. If no company appears, create the company first. If an expected route is missing, confirm that the route is active and its current version and operational dates are configured.
