Availability: Moovs Shuttle is an Enterprise-only paid feature. It must be purchased and enabled for your account. To add or enable Shuttle, contact Moovs Sales. Sales handles Shuttle pricing and enablement.
Use Shuttle Routes in the Operator portal to build the passenger experience, configure service, and manage daily operations. Create the route's company before starting.
Create a Shuttle route
Open Shuttle Routes.
Select Create shuttle route.
Enter the route details and select its company.
Choose the route type and complete the steps shown.
Review the route, then select Create Route or Publish.
Choose a route type
Fixed Schedule
Use a Fixed Schedule route when vehicles serve defined stops at scheduled times. Choose one booking experience:
Stop Time Select: Passengers use tickets or ticket packages to select a stop and time.
Stop-to-Stop Search: Passengers search between stops and pay fares based on configured stop groups. You can optionally pair a return route.
The setup steps include Route Details, Stops, Route Version & Vehicles, and Review & Create. Stop-to-Stop routes also include Stop Groups & Pricing. Enable Self Check-In if passengers should be able to check themselves in for supported bookings.
Continuous Loop
Use a Continuous Loop when vehicles repeat the same ordered stops during defined operating hours. Configure the stops, service dates, operating days and hours, frequency, vehicle assignments, and any driver breaks shown in the route builder. Passengers view the live route experience instead of reserving a seat.
Shared Shuttle
Use a Shared Shuttle for on-demand trips that share a common pickup or drop-off location and use dynamic passenger locations. Configure the common location, eligible service area, pricing zones, operating days, buffers, and permitted location types. Shared Shuttle routes are published from the final Review & Publish step.
Finish passenger and payment setup
After creating the route, open its tabs and complete the settings that apply to that route:
Ticket Management: Configure passenger types, ticket packages or fares, additional items, and customer gratuity settings where available.
Branding: Add the company logo and passenger-facing colors.
Passengers: Review passenger profiles connected to the route.
Bookings: Review Shared Shuttle or Stop-to-Stop bookings.
Scheduler Board: Organize Shared Shuttle bookings into trips.
Clients and Imports: Manage Shared Shuttle client records and available import workflows.
Review daily operations
Open the route and select Operations.
Choose the service date.
Review the scheduled vehicles, drivers, passenger counts, route progress, and map.
Assign or update the driver and vehicle when the available action is shown.
Open an operation to review its bookings or stop-by-stop timeline.
If Moovs says the route has no operational dates, return to the route version and vehicle configuration. Confirm the service dates, recurrence or operating hours, and vehicle setup before sharing the passenger link.
Edit or deactivate a route
Use the route list's available edit and status actions to update a route. Changes to a published route can create or update a route version before the new configuration becomes active. Review future operations and passenger links after a schedule, stop, or service-area change.
