Setting up your "company" is the foundational step in activating the Shuttle App experience. While we term it a "company", it's essential to understand that this serves merely as an entity within the app. Whether you're envisioning a school, university, business, or just a unique organization structure for trips and passengers, this "company" creation provides the flexibility you need. And the best part? You have the freedom to create unlimited Shuttle Apps tailored to multiple entities, ensuring a unique and customized experience each time.
Accessing and Creating the 'Company' Section
Launch the Moovs app.
From the main interface, select the "Companies" tab.
Basic Information
A form will prompt you to input the following details:
Company Name: Enter the official name of your company.
Phone Number: Provide a contact number.
Company Email: Input the official email for correspondence.
Company Address: Key in the physical location of the company.
Company Website: Provide the URL of the company's official site.
Description: Give a brief overview or description of the company.
Company Image
You'll have an option to upload a company logo or representative photo. Ensure it's clear and resonates with the company's branding which will be displayed in the shuttle app.
Additional Management Tools
Add Contacts: Enhance your company profile by adding individual contacts.
View Activity Log: Monitor any changes or updates made.
Share Company Profile: Utilize the "Copy Shuttle App Link" to share your company's details.
Removal: If necessary, you can opt to delete the company profile.
