How do I fix a White Screen on the Driver App?

If you or your driver(s) having issues updating their trip status, clearing the cache or offloading the app can resolve this issue.

For Android

1. Open the Settings app and tap Apps and click on App Management

2. Find and tap on the Driver app and click on Storage Usage


​

3. Tap Storage & cache and then tap Clear Cache followed by Clear Data.

For iOS

1. Open the Settings app in your Home Screen

2. Open General, then to iPhone Storage

3. Scroll down and select the Moovs Driver App.

4. Click Offload App. If unavailable, select Delete App and reinstall the app from the App Store.
