The Moovs Driver App gives drivers the trip information and controls they need on the road while keeping the operator's Dispatch view up to date.
What drivers can do
Review upcoming assigned trips.
Accept or decline assignments marked Needs Action.
Open trip details and navigate to each stop.
Record trip progress by starting the trip, marking arrival and departure at stops, and ending the trip.
Complete ride closeout information and notes.
Set driver availability from the app menu when Driver Availability is enabled.
What operators can see
Current trip-status updates in Dispatch.
Driver location and ETA information while location tracking is active and the required device permissions are enabled.
Arrival and departure activity in the ride report.
Driver availability conflicts while assigning or reviewing trips.
Tracking and ride-report detail depend on the driver using the Driver App during the trip and allowing the required location access.
