Troubleshoot Signing In to the Moovs Driver App

Resolve missing verification codes, invalid phone numbers, account access, and common Driver App sign-in problems.

Written by Nate

Drivers sign in to the Moovs Driver App with the mobile number on their driver profile and a six-digit verification code sent by text message.

Check the driver's Moovs profile

An operator should:

  1. Open Settings in the Operator portal.

  2. Select Drivers.

  3. Open the driver's profile.

  4. Confirm that the driver profile exists and that its mobile number and country code are correct.

The driver must enter that same number in the app.

If the verification code does not arrive

  • Confirm that the phone can receive text messages and has cellular service.

  • Check the selected country and re-enter the number.

  • Tap Send code again once.

  • If several codes were requested, wait a few minutes before trying again. Requesting codes repeatedly can temporarily limit new attempts.

  • Use the newest code received. Older codes may no longer work after a new one is requested.

If the driver sees “No Access to Driver App”

The operator must activate the Driver App in Moovs Market. After it is active, reopen or refresh the Driver App.

If the driver belongs to more than one company

After signing in, open More, select Switch Accounts, and choose the correct company profile.

Other quick checks

  • Update Moovs Driver from the App Store or Google Play.

  • Close and reopen the app.

  • Make sure the phone's date and time are set automatically.

If the issue continues, the operator can select the ? in the Operator portal and start a chat with the Moovs Support team. Include the driver's name, mobile number with only the last four digits visible, device type, and the exact error message. Never send a full verification code.
