The Moovs Driver App lets drivers review assigned trips, update trip status, and share live location with dispatch and passengers during an active trip.
Before the driver signs in
An operator should confirm that:
The Driver App is active in Moovs Market.
The driver has a profile in Moovs.
The mobile number on the driver profile is current. The driver uses this number to receive the sign-in code.
Download the app
Confirm that the app is named Moovs Driver and is published by Swoop.
Open Moovs Driver and tap Sign In.
Select the correct country and enter the mobile number saved on the driver's Moovs profile.
Enter the six-digit code sent by text message. If needed, tap Send code again.
If the driver works with more than one Moovs operator, select the correct company profile.
Allow the required permissions
Location: Allow location access when prompted. Moovs uses it to send live trip location and ETA information while driver tracking is active.
Notifications: Allow notifications so the driver can receive trip assignments and updates.
Camera: Shuttle drivers should allow camera access if they use the app to scan passenger boarding QR codes.
If the driver cannot sign in
Confirm that the mobile number and country code match the driver's profile in Moovs.
Confirm that the Driver App is active in Moovs Market for the operator.
If too many codes were requested, wait a few minutes before trying again.
Update the app from the App Store or Google Play and reopen it.
See Troubleshoot signing in to the Moovs Driver App for more help.
If the problem continues, the operator can select the ? in the Operator portal and start a chat with the Moovs Support team.
