What is the Setup Fee? Why do I need to pay for it?

If you are on a Free Subscription, you probably have thought about upgrading to a paid subscription at some point. When you upgrade your plan to a paid subscription, our software charges $299 as a Setup Fee. This fee applies whether you are upgrading to the Standard, Pro, or Enterprise plans.

What is the Setup Fee Exactly?

The setup fee is a charge applied to establish your account on our backend system. This process includes configuring all the features and services that come with the subscription tier you have selected. It ensures that your account is properly set up and ready for use with all the functionalities you expect. The setup process also involves manual configurations and quality checks performed by the Moovs team to ensure a seamless user experience.

I recently downgraded my account to Free. What will happen if I decide to Upgrade my Subscription again?

When you upgrade or downgrade your account, there are processes on the back-end that are being handled by the Moovs Team manually. This is where the Setup Fee is being used for. Since the setup fee is baked into the system, you will have to pay for it every time you upgrade your subscription.
