Market Intelligence BI Dashboard Global Filters

iEmergent's BI dashboards offer a mix of global filters to help you find the exact information you're looking for. Learn how to use these filters to report on actionable data.

In the "Profile" Dashboard, there are global filters for each type of profile. These global filters apply within each profile type but do not extend across profile type. For example, if you have a filter on the LO Profile, it does not apply to the Broker Profile.

Here are the filters available on the profiles dashboard.

Filter your reports by geography. See just the specific markets you care about.

Narrow your data down to just certain census tracts that meet the filter criteria:

Filter the data by a single year or by the last several years to either isolate a year or compare trends over time.

Look at data for all loans, or focus on categories of loans:
