In Mortgage MarketSmart's LO and lender report tool, you can view breakdowns by LMI, MMCT, loan type, and loan size.
Here are the steps you need to take:
Step 1: Start with your DashBoard
Step 2: Then click on the Top LO and Lender Report to proceed with the next step
Step 3:
In the next step, we will select a MSA or a Market
Select your preferred Location to continue
Once you've selected a Location, Click Save to proceed
Step 4:
Select the Date Range > Apply to see who are the Top Loan Officers are in your Market
Then, Click on Loans to view the Updated Top Loan Officers Table
(In This Table you will be able to see the TOP LOs with their NMLS IDs, Companies, etc.)
Step 5:
Select from the Breakout Category (Transaction Type, Loan Type, Property Type, LMI or MMCT)
After Selecting the Breakout Category ( For this video, We selected MMCT), Click on Refresh Data to Update the Table
Click on Hide Filters to hide the filter search options above.
You can now view the updated Top Loan Officers Table
