VGM Angular β Linking Parts to Jobsheets & Sales Invoices
You can now link purchases directly to Jobsheets or Sales Invoice lines when adding parts in VGM Angular. This functions similarly to VGM Classic but with some updated UI elements.
Adding a Part with a Purchase Link
When adding a part to a Jobsheet or Invoice, additional controls in the footer allow users to search for purchase orders and invoices.
Search results display key details, including an "Available Qty" column, which shows how many parts in the purchase document remain unallocated. This helps users quickly identify the correct purchase document.
If the part doesn't exist or has no available quantity in the selected purchase document, a new line will be added to it.

Viewing Linked Purchases Information
A new "Purchases" tab is now available in both Jobsheets and Sales Invoices. When a part is linked to a purchase, it appears in this tab, showing detailed information, including profit. Click the arrow next to a part in the "Purchases" tab to view its details.
Editing the Sales to Purchase Links
To edit a linked purchase, open the part in the Jobsheet or Sales Invoice. The associated purchases will be displayed at the bottom of the window, where you can delete the link and search for a different purchase if needed.
Linking GSF Purchases
When ordering a part through the GSF integration, the linked purchase document now appears under the "Purchases" tab in the Jobsheet. This section displays ordered parts along with sales and purchase details. Click the arrow next to a part to view its linked purchase documents.
Linking Temporary Parts
Previously, linking a temporary part to a purchase order or invoice did not create a connection to the corresponding Jobsheet or Invoice. Now, when you assign a purchase to a temporary part, it appears in the "Purchases" tab within the Sales Document, ensuring all purchase details are visible.
