If you need to send a booking confirmation to a customer after manually adding a booking, follow these steps:

Sending a Booking Confirmation

  1. Open the booking for which you want to send a confirmation.

  2. Click the three dots in the top right corner next to the Save button.

  3. Choose the Messaging option from the dropdown menu.

  4. Select the booking confirmation(s) you wish to send.

Notes

Greyed Out Options:

If one or both of the send booking confirmation options are greyed out, this means you do not currently have the customer’s phone number and/or email address in their profile.


To enable these options, ensure the customer's contact information is updated in their profile.
