Accessing and Managing Booking Reminders
If you use reminders or have automatic reminders enabled, you can manage them through the Reminders tab on a booking. Here’s how to find and use the Reminders tab:
Finding the Reminders Tab
Navigate to the booking either through the Scheduler or the Booking Pages.
Look for the Reminders tab within the booking interface.
Note: If you don’t see the Reminders tab, you may need to add it:
Click the three dots in the top right corner.
Select "Configure Tabs."
Move the Reminders tab to the active column.
Using the Reminders Page
View Existing Reminders: The Reminders page will display all reminders associated with the booking.
Delete Reminders: You can choose to delete selected reminders or delete all reminders at once.
Reset Reminders: If a reminder was changed or deleted by mistake, you can reset it to restore the original settings.
