Creating and managing a scheduler

This guide will show you how to create schedulers to fit your needs

Schedulers represent an advanced version of traditional planners, enabling you to create, view, and manage all bookings, jobsheets, and more with enhanced customizability. You can maintain multiple Schedulers to display different sets of information, such as specific technicians, bays, bookings, jobsheets, and tasks.

Creating a Scheduler

  1. Navigate to the Scheduler section.

  2. Click the plus icon to add a new scheduler.

  3. Configure your scheduler by customizing the some of the following elements:

    • View settings (Such as Day, week, month views and visible documents)

    • Visible technicians and bays

    • Display settings (such as cell height and length and business hours)

    • Colour schemes

    • Preview cell templates

  4. Once finished customizing you scheduler click save to add the scheduler

You also have the option to select from pre-defined templates using the Load preset button, which can be customized further or used as-is.

Editing a Scheduler

To modify an existing scheduler:

  1. Navigate to the Schedulers section.

  2. Click Config.

  3. Locate the scheduler you wish to edit and click the cog icon in the corner.

    • In this window, you can also select other schedulers for modification or create a new one.

  4. Once you have made the necessary changes, click "Save."

Deleting a Scheduler

To delete a scheduler:

  1. Navigate to the Schedulers section.

  2. Click "Config."

  3. Locate the scheduler you wish to delete and click the cog icon in the corner.

  4. Click "Delete."
