Audit Agent is locked
Audit Agent is feature-gated and role-gated. Check:
Your organisation has Audit Agent enabled.
You are an owner, co-owner, or admin.
Your role can spend credits.
Your organisation has enough credits for the audit.
Audit cannot start
Check that you selected a framework or template, selected at least one session group or date range, and selected at least one source material option.
If no source is selected, the audit cannot run.
Audit has fewer sessions than expected
Sessions without the selected note types are automatically skipped. For example, if you selected AI Summary but some sessions do not have generated notes or letters, those sessions may be skipped.
Also check the date range, clinician selection, and whether sessions belong to the expected organisation/user.
Audit is stuck in queued or running
Large audits can take longer. The confirmation step may show processing time up to 24 hours. If it has been much longer than expected, contact support with the audit title and start time.
Failed sessions
Some failed sessions may be retryable, while others cannot be retried because required content is missing. Open the failed sessions panel where available to see more detail.
Write-freeze or migration message
If you see a message saying Audit Agent writes are temporarily frozen while a migration completes, wait and retry shortly. If it persists, contact support.

What you expected vs what happened.
Screenshot or error message.
