Export audit results
Completed Audit Agent runs can be exported as a CSV where export is available. Open the completed audit result and select the export option.
Use CSV export when you need to review results in a spreadsheet, share findings internally, or keep a governance record.
What the export includes
The export can include session-level results, verdicts, scores, criteria outcomes, clinician information where available, and supporting details from the completed audit.
If export fails
Check the audit is completed rather than queued, running, failed, or cancelled.
Refresh the result page and try again.
Check whether the audit has results to export.
Contact support with the audit title and time if export keeps failing.
Failed sessions
Some audits may complete with failed sessions. Open the failed sessions panel to see which sessions failed and whether they are retryable.
Retry failed sessions
If retry options are available, you can retry all retryable sessions or select specific sessions to retry.
Some sessions are not retryable because required content is missing, such as a transcript, AI summary, or clinician notes needed for the selected audit source material.
Before contacting support
Confirm which source material was selected for the audit.
Open one failed session and check whether the required source content exists.
Retry only the sessions that are marked retryable.
Export the completed results if you need to review successful sessions while failures are investigated.
What to send support
Send the audit title, template or framework, selected source material, number of failed sessions, whether retry was available, and an example session name or date.
