Can I train only 3 or 4 days per week?

Although Tighter Together is designed to be a push phase, you do not need to complete every single workout in order to see results. If a schedule with less days is what will fit your schedule best or allow you to stay most consistent, lean into that!

4-Day Split

We recommend prioritizing the 4 starred workouts each week ⭐

  1. Hypertrophy Lower

  2. Athletic Performance Upper & Core

  3. Athletic Performance Lower

  4. Hypertrophy Upper & Core

3-Day Split

  1. If you have upper body goals: choose 2 upper workouts, 1 lower workout

  2. If you have lower body goals: choose 2 lower workouts, 1 upper workout

Editing Your Calendar

You can easily delete the workouts you do not plan to use or move them to a day that fits your schedule best. Here’s how!
