Yes! Many athletes follow the running plan from a Race Guide and use Weekly Moves for strength. This will take a little bit of calendar Tetris, but you're welcome to mix and match.

Just make sure the overall volume of both running and strength on a weekly basis feels sustainable and you’re allowing enough time for recovery.
