Managing your calendar and workouts is easy with Moves App! Follow the steps below to get started.

Updated over 4 months ago

In the Moves App, the calendar feature is designed to help you effectively manage and track your workout schedule. You can plan your workout days, keep track of what you’ve completed, and easily adjust your routine by moving workouts around to fit your changing schedule.

Calendar Basics

  1. If you complete some, but not all, of the workouts you have schedule for that day, it will be marked with a hollow green dot on your calendar.

  2. If you miss a workout or if the scheduled day is still upcoming, it will show up as a grey dot on your calendar.

  3. When you complete a workout (or all workouts) scheduled for that day, it will be indicated by a solid green circle on your calendar.
