Calendar Basics

Managing your calendar and workouts is easy with Moves App! The Calendar feature helps you stay organized and on track with your fitness goals.

Why Use the Calendar?

With the Calendar, you can:

  • Plan ahead: Schedule your workout days in advance.

  • Stay accountable: Check off workouts as you complete them.

  • Stay flexible: Move or reschedule workouts anytime to fit your week.

By default, the app sets your workouts for Monday through Friday, but you can easily adjust this to match your availability and preferences.

Personalizing Your Routine

You can make the calendar work for you by:

  • Rescheduling or rearranging workouts.

  • Adding your favorite exercises.

  • Increasing frequency if you want extra sessions.

The Calendar adapts to your rhythm—whether you prefer a steady schedule or need flexibility week to week.

Understanding Calendar Indicators

  • Hollow green dot: Some, but not all, workouts scheduled for that day are completed.

  • Grey dot: Missed workouts or upcoming scheduled workouts.

  • Solid green circle: All workouts scheduled for that day are completed.

What Are Streaks?

Streaks track consecutive days of completed workouts. They help motivate you to stay consistent and celebrate your progress! You can view your streaks on the Home screen next to the calendar icon in the top right corner. Learn more about streaks here

Managing Your Workouts

You can manage your workouts in two ways: Home screen or Calendar view.

Home Screen

  • Tap the three-dots icon at the top right of any workout.

  • From here, you can Edit, Move, or Delete the workout.

    • Example: Move Wednesday’s workout to the weekend if that fits your schedule better.

  • This feature also makes it easy to shift workouts to build in rest days or active days that align with your goals.

Monthly Calendar View

  • In the Home tab, tap the calendar icon at the top right.

  • You’ll see all your upcoming workouts for the month.

  • Tap a specific date to view workout details and make changes.

  • From here, you can also Edit, Move, or Delete workouts to adjust your schedule.

By following these steps, you can easily view and manage your workout schedule in Moves App while staying consistent with your goals and streaks!
