Your calendar is where your plan comes to life. It keeps everything organized, flexible, and tailored to your routine — so you can stay consistent without overthinking it.
Why Use the Calendar?
Your calendar helps you:
Stay on track → Your workouts are mapped out for you
Build consistency → Check them off as you go
Adjust as needed → Life happens — move things around anytime
By default, Weekly Moves workouts are scheduled Monday–Friday, but you can change that at any time to fit your week.
Make It Your Own
Moves isn’t a rigid plan — it’s a flexible system that works with you.
You can:
Move workouts to different days
Rearrange your week based on your schedule
Add extra workouts if you’re feeling good
Build in rest days when you need them
Think of it as your routine, not a rulebook.
Understanding Calendar Indicators
| Hollow Green Circle (with green outline): You completed some scheduled workouts that day |
Grey dot: A workout is planned for that day, but hasn’t been completed yet | |
Solid green circle: You completed all workouts that day ✅ |
What Are Streaks?
Streaks track how many weeks in a row you’ve completed your workouts, without skipping. They’re a simple way to:
Stay motivated
Celebrate consistency
Keep showing up
You’ll find your streak on the Home screen (top right near the calendar icon).
Managing Your Workouts
You can update your schedule anytime—right from the Home screen or Calendar.
Option 1: From the Home Screen
Tap the three dots on any workout
Choose to Edit, Move, or Delete
💡 Example: Shift a midweek workout to the weekend if your schedule changes.
Option 2: From the Calendar View
Tap the calendar icon (top right of Home)
View your full month at a glance
Tap any day to see and manage workouts
From there, you can also Edit, Move, or Delete workouts.
